How can I place a service call or toner order?

What is your response time?
Our average response time is 4 hours (within the city of Winnipeg). Unlike many other companies, this is not the response time of a phone call, but the time that a technician will arrive.
How is the response time determined?
There are many factors taken into account when dispatching a technician. Is the machine down? Is it a copy quality problem? Mechanical problem? When was the call received? etc. Our dispatchers take everything into account and dispatch technicians accordingly.
We are moving. Can you help move the machine, or can we do it ourselves?
While you can move the machine yourself, we do recommend against it. Any damage that occurs due to the move is your responsibility. However, Bridgeport Office Solutions can help you move your machine at a very reasonable rate. Please contact us for more information.
